Informatica DataBase Connection Error

While domain configuration, I'm getting Error "Correct the database connection information and test the connection again".

I've created user, granted privileges, I've also verified the service name i,e xe, the still it's not getting connected, please help.

It's getting connected in SqlDeveloper and Toad, but when I use the User name and service name in Informatica Domain Configuration it's not accepting please help.
