Unable to create the DB user name

I followed the same process as per video. See the shared two screen. But I ma unable to create the user name in the database.

Please let me know how I can fix this issue.

So you created the user named as Priyanka. Now you want use this user to configure in 5th step of the installation of informatica??

Hi Priyanka, I solved this issue by executing one line command "alter session set "_ORACLE_SCRIPT"=true;" after connecting as system/password. Now I can create user, my question is that is this good solution or do we have to do more to prevent future issues. Pelase let me know. Thanks
