Hi,

 

I am unable to extract zip file dac_win_11g_infa_win_64bit_961 in my laptop, I did select to skip all the files like you did in the tutorial ubt it did not

extract all the files , it only extracted the client server folder. I have attached the errors below for reference.

I would appreciate if you can help me in getting those extracted.

Can you provide me the screenshot of your issue because the attachment is not getting opened

Okay i saw the screenshot and came to know that there's some issue in the extraction part or in your pc. Use winrar to extract data from zipped files.

if you still face the same error then Fix error code 0x80004005: Unspecified error

  1. Open the File and Folder Troubleshooter.
  2. Run a System File Checker Scan.
  3. Take Ownership of the Folder.
  4. Clean Boot Windows.
  5. Edit the Folder's Title via Command Prompt.
  6. Extract Compressed Files With Archive Software.
  7. Use a different user account
