informatica installation error

while installing informatica, I am unable to proceed further with database connection. Getting error saying database connection failed.

i am trying with Oracle 19c XE. 

Created and granted username and password as shown in video.

Hostname/portnumber and service name was verified multiple times.

please help me proceed further.
